The Big Simple Rules 

We reserve the right to deny access to our park if the ranch rules are not followed or if you are not courteous. If the rules are not followed after a warning you will be asked to leave and not invited back.


  • Speed Limit:  5 mph. 
  • Pets: Do not leave them unattended, or allow excessive barking.   If your dog is barking excessively you will be asked to leave.  Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside of your RV unless you have them in a pen. They may not be left unattended at any time, outside your RV.  Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.  Please keep your pets out of the laundry, bathrooms, and kitchen area of the Rec Room.
  • Vehicles: ONE RV and ONE vehicle allowed per site.
  • Tents: We do NOT allow tent camping in any area of the campground. We do allow Popup tents and tents on top of vehicles.  No sleeping in any vehicle that has not been converted for camping.
  • Office Hours: During season (May 15-Oct 1) our hours are 9am-6pm daily.  Oct-May 14th our office hours are Monday-Saturday, 9am-5pm.
  • Fireworks:  Fireworks of ANY kind, are prohibited in our campground.  Failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave (without refund), and we will share your information with the town marshal.
  • Fires: We do NOT allow wood burning fires in our campground.  We allow propane fire pits only.
  • Quiet Hours:  10 pm to 8 am.
  • Check-in: 12pm (noon) is the earliest you may check in.  We need time to clean the RV sites between guests.
  • Check-out: 11:00am. We do not allow late check-outs.
  •  Walking through others RV sites is NOT permitted. Please be courteous walk around!

Camp Eagle Nest properties is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. and will not be responsible for accidents and injury to our guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.

The Fine Print
PAYMENT, REFUNDS & CANCELLATION

All reservations are bound by these policies. A deposit of 20% is required when making your reservation. Payment of any balance is due upon check-in. Credit cards or cash are accepted. There will be a Non-Cash Adjustment of 3.50% added to your reservation for debit/credit card transactions. You may check in at noon, and check-out at 11am. There are NO LATE check-outs. A late departure fee may be charged for those staying past their check-out time. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures. 


Your reservation is made for the exact length of stay and number of persons as stated, including children age 5 and over. There is no charge for children under age 5. The base rate is for a 4-persons occupancy. There is a maximum of 6 permitted in each camp site.  There will be an additional charge of $10.00 per person if you go over the 4 persons occupancy.

If you must cancel your reservation, we will refund 80% of your deposit if we are notified at least 30 days prior to your arrival (we keep a 20% handling charge). No refund will be issued if we are notified less than 30 days prior to your arrival.
All cancelled reservations must be in writing, email and/or verbal telephone notification. This policy applies to NON-HOLIDAYS only! If you are a NO SHOW or do not cancel at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation we will charge your card on file for the full amount of the reservation.


Extended stays will start on June 1st.  We charge $700.00 each month you stay, and includes all utilities (water, electric, sewer, trash, wifi).   There is a non-refundable deposit of $300.00 when making your reservation.  When you arrive, the remainder of $400.00 will be collected.  Each additional month, you will be charged $700.00.  We do NOT allow guests to accept personal mail here, and this is NOT to be considered a personal residence for any of our guests as well.  You or your guests can be asked to leave at any time, if you or your guests refuse to follow the rules of the Campground.   There will be NO refund, if you are asked to leave.  You are responsible for the behaviors of your group.  All cancelled reservations must be in writing, email and/or verbal telephone notification.

HOLIDAYS
Reservations for these holidays and special event times must be made and
paid in full within 24-48 hours of booking:
* the weekend of Memorial Day

* the days surrounding the 4th of July

* the weekend of Labor Day

* or during Special Events


Holiday Bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE when booked. When booking online, we will collect a 20% deposit and then charge your card on file for the remainder of your balance within 24-48 hours. Holiday bookings require a three days minimum stay.

REFUNDS

No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, adverse weather, global incidents or national heath crises. No refunds for holiday or special event reservations. See refund policy on seasonal stays above. Allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed after notification.

CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION

We are happy to assist you with reservation changes at any time. If changes are made 30 days or more from the date of your arrival that result in a reduction in the number of days of your planned stay, you are NOT responsible for the removed day(s). If you are within 30 days of your arrival and reduce the days of your stay, you ARE responsible for the removed days(s). Special Events and holidays reservations are non-refundable.

If you would like to move your reservation you must do so at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival. No moves within 14 days of your scheduled arrival are allowed. We will only move you in the same season your reservation is made. No moving from this year to next year.

If you would like to extend your stay while already on-site, renew your site reservation by 9:00 am on your scheduled departure day at the office. This is subject to site availability. 
 

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

Check-in begins no earlier than 12:00pm. and Check-out is no later than 11:00am.  Late check-outs are not allowed. If you are in your site past 11am we reserve the right to charge you a late departure fee. If you are in your site later than noon you will be charged an additional day.


AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN 

When the office has closed, a reservation packet will be in the red mailbox, outside the office door. You will need to check in at the office no later than 9:30 am the following morning, to complete the check-in procedure.  If at all possible, call ahead to let us know what time you expect to arrive. If you are a late arrival we will charge your card on file for the remaining balance.   


SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT, DAMAGES or FURTHER FEES

We keep your credit card number on file in case damage occurs or conditions as described in any of these five circumstances occurs. We reserve the right to charge costs to your credit card.

  • No smoking in any of our structures. Violation of this policy will incur a fee of $200.00. Smoking includes tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigs.
  • Violation of our occupancy limit for the RV site rented - in this case you may be asked to leave or you may incur a fee.  Avoid this by letting us know when checking in the exact number of people in your RV.
  • If you leave your site extremely dirty you will be charged a cleaning fee.


VISITORS POLICY
All visitors must check in at the office to get a vehicle tag, which must be visible at all times. We have some overflow parking for visitors, depending on space. No visitors are allowed during Memorial Day week and 4th of July.


PET POLICY

A maximum of 3 pets are allowed in your RV.


CAMPFIRES

Absolutely NO wood burning fires.  We allow propane fire pits and unless the Forest Service or Town of Eagle Nest declares any fire restrictions, you may use charcoal grills, propane fire pits, and wood pellet grills. Gathering of firewood is prohibited.  Abide by fire bans if restrictions are in place.  Please do not bring wood or collect wood while at our campground.


VEHICLES, PARKING & SITE RESTRICTIONS

The speed limit within the park is 5 mph and is strictly enforced for the safety and well-being of our guests.  

An RV site includes the RV plus 1 vehicle.  We offer additional parking for our guests with trailers, boats, ROV's, and extra vehicles.  You must be registered these in the RV Office, before parking them in overflow.

RV SITES

One RV, one vehicle per camp site. No tents on the ground are allowed anywhere in the campground. Outdoor gazebos are allowed, however, as long as they do not interfere with your neighbor's site. Be advised that these must be tied down securely, as we have strong winds in the park. You may not set up appliances such as freezers and refrigerators on your site. Your RV nor any of your vehicles may be washed with water anywhere in the park.
Your site must remain clean at all times. Not following these rules may result in immediate removal from our park.


ROVs

Driving/Riding in ROVs of any sort is strictly prohibited in our RV Park.  They must remain on trailer in our overflow parking.

GARBAGE

Please bag and dispose of your garbage in the provided in the park.  Do NOT leave trash bags on or beside a dumpster if it is full.   Do not leave any trash outside, as we occasionally have visits from bears and other animals.

LAUNDRY FACILITY

Our laundry facility, located in the club house, and is open during season.


SHOWER HOUSE & RESTROOMS 

Our shower and bathroom are also located in the club house, and open during season.

WiFi

We are pleased to provide wireless internet service during your stay at our park, however, it is not guaranteed. Mountain conditions exist, including periodic WiFi and power outages. The WiFi system is intended for email, browsing, reservations, secure banking and online purchases. Peer-to-peer usages, tethering, streaming and wireless gaming are not allowed. Internet connection sharing is not allowed.


MAIL DELIVERY

The US Postal Service (USPS) does not deliver or pick up mail at our street location. If you need mail sent, use:
